Sell your treasury without leaking it.
Zerith is the private auction protocol for token foundations and market makers. Bidders compete with sealed prices, the chain clears a fair settlement, losing bids stay encrypted forever. No leaked order flow, no front-running, no slippage to MEV. Built on Fhenix fully homomorphic encryption.
On public chains, every number is exposed.
MEV bots extract $500M+ annually by front-running trades. Auction bids are visible, enabling sniping. Portfolio values are public, making holders targets. Salaries, vendor payments, treasury moves — all readable by anyone with a block explorer.
One protocol. Three jobs.
Sell
Sell a token block to the highest sealed bid. Losing bids are never decrypted — not even after the sale.
Hold
Keep balances in an encrypted vault and prove you hold at least X without revealing the number.
Pay
Split payments across recipients. Each sees only their own amount; the total payout is public.
Compute on ciphertext. Reveal nothing.
Encrypt client-side
Your values are encrypted via @cofhe/sdk before leaving your browser. A ZK proof guarantees validity without revealing the plaintext.
Compute on ciphertext
Smart contracts run FHE operations (add, compare, select) directly on encrypted data. Values never decrypt on-chain.
Unseal selectively
Only authorized parties decrypt via cryptographic permits. The chain stores hashes. Validators see noise. You see truth.
What only FHE makes possible.
Losers stay sealed
Bids are compared as ciphertext. Only the winning bid is ever made public; every other bid stays encrypted for good.
Blind Floor reserve
A seller's reserve price is encrypted and never decrypted. The chain only reveals whether the winning bid met it.
Proof of Reserves
Prove your vault balance is at least a threshold, with the comparison done on ciphertext. The balance itself stays private.
How private is "private"?
Fhenix's public framework grades blockchain privacy on a 3-tier ladder. We show you exactly where Zerith sits — and where we're heading.
— Stage 0
Trust the Box
Privacy depends on hardware enclaves (TEEs). Fast — but if the box is compromised, every secret leaks at once.
— Stage 1
Pure Cryptography
Math, not hardware. Smart contracts compute directly on encrypted data with FHE. No TEE, no single trusted party.
— Stage 2
Defense in Depth
Distributed key generation, permissionless operators, optional TEEs, economic incentives. Privacy survives partial compromise.
Compose encrypted ops across the whole stack.
Every operation settles through one shared encrypted vault. A deposit can flow through launches, payments, trades, and hires — never touching plaintext in transit. That's the architectural moat no fork can copy in a weekend.
